Delivery was quick. My item arrived as expected and was very well wrapped for safety. All the accessories are in great working order. The phone functions beautifully and has been put through its paces without any hitches. The item was rated in 'good' condition but honestly I was thrilled at how 'new' it actually looked. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Seller was prompt in communication.
