The laptop and accessories were packed very well and in perfect condition. It arrived a day early, but luckily I was home to sign for it. The Pixelbook was fully charged and factory reset on arrival. Ordered Pixelbook on Friday. It shipped from California and was in my hands on Monday in Mississippi! It arrived in excellent condition (better than described). The packaging was way more than I thought possible. It was fantastic! Would highly recommend seller. I would not hesitate buying from again.

Item looks better than described physically. Seriously looks like a brand new machine, and have to really look hard for the few blemishes pointed out in pictures. Seller is honest, has quality product, quick to ship, and has fair prices compared to what you see on all of the other sites.
