The whole deal went to become a complete disaster. The device was not shipped as per express shipping policy. However, the seller was supportive but I must say he was very slow in responding.

Seller did not sell “as advertised”. Screen was scratched and VERY dirty, no safety peanuts for packaging, charger was NOT included, instead purchased an “off-brand” cheap charger off amazon, and seller did not complete factory reset so laptop came with a password and it took the seller 8 hours to get back to me with two uncertain passwords. Unsatisfied. Save your money and heartache. Buy from someone else.

Computer is as advertised. Was sent and received quickly. My only complaint is that is was a little dirty and I’m having a difficult time getting the description sticker off of the case. If I didn’t have to clean it and take so much time getting the sticker off, I would have given 5 stars. I would however, buy from this seller again.

Laptop was received promptly and as described. However, I did not receive the charger initially, it was sent through amazon a few days later. Charger was not original Apple.

Mac arrived quickly as as described. The power adaptor wasn't included. When I reached out he said it was coming via separate package. A new one from Amazon arrived. It is not the official Apple adaptor as pictured on Swappa, but it works.

Although my mini arrived super fast, it was loose, in flat/airless bubble wrap & a smashed, slightly open box.
There is a blemish on the screen that was not mentioned in the description. You can’t see the defect when it’s in the case, it doesn’t effect the display and because the IPad is working as it should, I’m ok with being the only one that knows it’s there.

I received the computer in a timely manner. I turned it on and the keyboard and touchpad did not work. I returned it to the Seller. I paid the return shipping and was told I would be reimbursed, but the seller only reimbursed part of the return shipping and even then only when I reported him to Swappa support multiple times and his account was put on hold. I don't recommend working with this seller.

Received the MacBook fairly quickly but the charger wasn’t sent along with it. It arrived today. Everything is in the condition specified, however.
