Seller advertised as "new unopened box" but when it arrived it was an opened box, had someone's Google account on it and an adapter missing however I was still able to reset the phone to factory setting. I reached out but to Seller and swappa and was not satisfied with the outcome. The seller should have listed for "mint" rather than new if it was an opened box. I had proof of pictures and the box was just scotch taped up. Price should have reflected that but it wasn't. I felt cheated.

Phone was shipped fast, packaged well and arrived in promised condition!

Arrived quickly, condition was as described. Just as a bit of constructive feedback, it would have been nice to have the tracking# when it shipped. I was getting ready to request it when the device itself arrived.
