Advertised the phone as mint. Received a phone whose battery lasted a few hours with zero activity. I made the mistake of replacing the battery, which didn't solve the problem. When I contacted the seller to address the issue, he refused to fix the issue because I had replaced the battery at a professional repair shop. So even though the seller is not legally obligated to provide support for the phone after the repair, the one-star review is for advertising a mint phone, but selling a broken phone.

Phone appeared good on arrival. Arrived fast. Seemed to work perfectly though I hadnt checked functions I was not familiar with like the 3D touch. I was initially satisfied but.... Edit 10/3. Last week was the first time I tried to record a video using the front camera and mic. The sound was fuzzy and indistinct. I took it in to gadget guru for diagnosis who looked at it (no work done) and provided me with a complete report and photos of preexisting internal damage due to an unskilled person having worked on the phone: Issues: 1) It is not worth trying to repair the phone as some of the internal connections have been burnt out and one of the backlights (failed) cannot be resoldered. 2) the mic does not work because it is an incompatible aftermarket mic. 3) The waterproof seal is missing. 4)A plate (top right) protecting the connections is missing. I requested to send this phone back for a refund as it was not in "very good condition"and the seller refused. Buy elsewhere.

Great device everything worked on it except he never mentioned that the TouchID did not work and that the home button was a bit stuck when clicking sometimes. Other than that it was in great condition like he said and worked great!
