Advertised the phone as brand new and it's clearly a used phone. The back of it had some light scratches and the charger was clearly used with a ton of scratches on it.

The phone is in great condition and Pablo shipped it out right away. My only confusion was that it was marked as new(resale) and when I received the phone it appeared to be used (SIM card missing, email account setup, etc). He was very responsive to my questions and he explained he had activated it done some setup to check it out.

I am not saying it was not a good deal. But Mint means Mint. And I saw where you posted it had "little light scratch that's not noticeable an one tiny scuff on corner" but next time you might not want to put that as Mint. If it was just a few scratches and scuff on the back. I would not have said a word but the screen. I am not asking to send it back. Just be more detailed and grade the condition better.

I purchased this phone for my son, who lives across the country, and had his stolen. Apparently, it was MY error to believe that the phone, as purchased and delivered, would be ready for activation on the Verizon network - not so. It is MY responsibility to provide the SIM card; my son had to go to a Verizon store - not so convenient for someone without a car - and purchase a SIM card before he could activate the phone. In the end, we saved about $100 by purchasing here instead of a refurbished one from Verizon. The seller was responsive, although quick to get frustrated with me.

seller shipped quick but item was not as it was described. If he would've described it as it was the only place he would've been able to sell would be the bone-yard, I would not buy from seller again at normal prices, only if prices were lower then usual.
