Initially phone works ok, condition as described. Seller shipped priority when express was requested because of quick need for phone, but express $ was refunded.

Update: I had to return phone after 39 days, due to a failing charging issue. In order to do this, I had to initiate Paypal Protection for reimbursement consideration as the Seller became non responsive. After reviewing the case, PayPal reimbursed the purchase.

Phone arrived in excellent condition with strong functionality aside from data services and the camera.

I thought that the camera hardware itself was likely fine and that the camera app itself was buggy. Since there was a software update available, I wanted to confirm with the seller whether installing this update would render the phone unreturnable. Unfortunately, I did not receive a prompt reply from the seller on this point, and since I needed to get the phone up and running soon, I took the liberty of applying the update without any seller input.

Data is still problematic, but I am blaming this on poor coverage rather than faulty hardware.
