I received the phone yesterday with a nice note. I activated it today and went through the checklist. The ESN is clean so far (not blacklisted). Device is in excellent condition as shown in pictures. Device arrived two days earlier than expected and during a holiday week and was also shipped out when promised. Very happy with the customer service I was provided with. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

Device works as advertized, but too many surprises: third-party charger (my fault for not asking), wobbly magsafe socket (seller's fault for not disclosing). Seller offered accommodation (return for refund), but too late for my travel needs.

Item came in time and as described, the pricing and purchasing was a bit of a hassle but everything worked out.

I bought the phone, it was shipped promptly, but it turns out that the phone was under financial agreement. I couldn't get it set up with Ting. Had to return the phone, at cost to me.
