Very deep scratches, definitely NOT in good condition like the ad says. The scratches are so deep, they feel like cracks. Would not purchase from this seller again.

First off the phone is great, as listed. My complaint is about poor communication and taking 9 days to ship it. The first weekday after paying, a shipping label was created. Multiple days later it hadn’t been shipped so I reached out but heard nothing. I even found their shop info in Tennessee and tried emailing, did a web form and called them. The email bounced back and they did not answer their phone. After getting Swappa involved a week after purchasing it seller finally added my tracking to Swappa. I decided to give them another day or so before I’d push for a refund and they finally communicated to me that it was on the shelf still due to a system error of theirs. I get that errors happen but the complete lack of communication the days leading up to that was very unprofessional. It had been over a week so I suggested they upgrade the shipping to make up for it. They did not. They also shipped using media mail which is illegal and if caught I would have to pay USPS the difference.
