Phone has a screen defect that was not listed in description

The laptop arrived promptly, but the screen was suffering from the infamous "Staingate" in which the anti-reflective coating is missing in spots. I contacted seller and we worked out a partial refund. I was annoyed that the screen issue wasn't mentioned in the original listing, but the seller was prompt in his response and in offering me different options regarding return or partial refund.

Phone received on time. 100% Apple 1-2 scratches on a mint phone but its barely noticeable. I’d definitely buy again!

I received my phone two days before the expected delivery and everything was in great condition

I ordered iPhone Xs 256 Gb Unlocked but received AT&T locked iPhone Xs 256 Gb. Contacted the seller. He was prompt with the replies and gave me options to either exchange the phone or return & full refund. I decided to send the locked one back and was waiting for him to ship the unlocked one. He called me to let me know that the exact same phone was sold out and if I can wait a couple of days, he'll get me the exact same phone with the original box and accessories which he delivered. He also refunded the return shipping charge. The new phone is practically brand new with original box and accessories. Got it for $820. Would have been $1225 from apple. It's a solid deal. Will recommend everyone to buy from this seller. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the sale and I couldn't have been happier.

Absolutely perfect experience! Made the transaction on Thursday, was delivered to my address the next Monday (in NYC). It's scary ordering expensive things like this online but I am so glad I chose to go via Swappa and found this seller. The phone is absolutely immaculate. I have tested every possible function of the iPhone for the past few days, audio, camera, calls, torch, apps, eveything - it is all up to speed, not a single scratch, phone was even at 100% battery capacity. Came in a proper Apple box, with sim insert key, US plug & usb cable - only thing was the cable did not work, tried different ports/laptops/plugs etc - I really really don't mind seeing as I paid for a new phone, not a new cable! 5 stars, thank you so much again!
