Received the phone today. Very fast shipping. The condition of the phone is at least as good as the seller stated and I would argue, better. I have spent most of the day setting everything up (converting from Android to iOS) and have been very happy with the phone thus far. Much better than the LG I upgraded from. The shipping could have been better. The phone was not in a box of any kind for protection. It was in a thin bubble sleeve loose inside a bubble envelope. Cord and charger also loose in package. Phone is fine though.

Leaving a positive feedback because the seller provided a full refund (including the shipping cost). However, I couldn't activate the purchased iPhone with Sprint, because the phone was financed and not paid off, which was disappointing.

The entire experience was more than unacceptable with the lost/stolen phone and then the action take by the seller was overall a unpleasant experience. Even paying to ship their scam phone back, I’m still waiting on a refund.
