Good communication, but canceled the transaction without seeing if we could reach an accommodation on what was not really a problem before he issued the refund - not what I would call a good business practice. The only reason why I'm rating 5-stars is because I was able to get what I was looking for in the same/better condition for less, so the loss ended up a net in my favor as a buyer.

Did not ship phone, claimed "It appears that your package and the contents inside may have been tampered with and I am now having to possibly get the local police involved to resolve the issue with the particular UPS Store who took possession of the package over the weekend to be shipped out this afternoon."

Ok here it goes guys , I have been on Swappa from quite sometimes now and never have come across such a wonderful seller We had some very silly and minor issues but the seller was very supportive and also gave me a partial refund ( I didn't ask for a refund guys the seller himself came forward and issued me a partial refund as a courtesy... who would do that I have never seen such a wonderful seller) after we both came to a conclusion. This guy provides you with the fastest shipping available and would try his level best to get the product across to you on time !! . Moto Z 64GB unlocked - Phone was shipped within 48 hrs. Phone was delivered within 3 days of UPS pickup. Unboxed phone and found it to be in mint condition as described. Inspected phone per Swappa guide and found no issues or concerns. Seller followed up with email once he was notified of delivery. Good technique as you never know who is also watching your front porch these days. Would definitely recommend seller to a friend or family member. For RW users, Google may ID phone as Moto Z Droid which does not work with RW. Just make sure SKU matches. I was a little nervous when Google ID'd phone as Droid. In the end the RW app indicated compatibility and I was up and running within minutes of receiving the phone.

While I didn't receive this phone when expected, it is exactly as described. (UPS lost the package, which caused a delay in shipping.) The seller has been amazing, keeping me updated the entire time, making sure everything is just right. It has truly been a pleasure dealing with this seller. Thank you again for everything!
