I have received my iPad and i am thoroughly pleased. i expected something a little more "damaged looking" based on the product description notating "This device is heavily used with deep scratches on the front and back...dents on the back..." the screen is perfect. i added a tempered glass screen, & a case and it looks good as new! Ordered a Verizon S9+, seller sent a Sprint unlocked S9+. NOT the same thing. Does not activate on Verizon. I offered to keep for a partial refund, but seller would not do that. Did offer full refund for return but it's a hassle. I would not recommend buying a Verizon S9+ from them. Might be a waste of your time

Seller delivered device in 4 layers of bubble wrap in a non-descript box. It was safe from tumbles and deterred thieves. Device is flawless and works fine!

Phone was as described. Should have asked for more pics because couldn't see the deep scratch on the screen at the top and the crack around the power button that wasnt mentioned. Speaker sounds like it is turned up to the highest even when it's at the lowest volume setting. Overall great functioning phone.
