When I received the phone it was not unlocked as advertised. I reached out to the seller and they said they were working on the issue but after a week it wasn't resolved so I asked to send the phone back. The seller didn't respond so I started a paypal claim after which they responded telling me to send the phone back. I sent the package, provided the tracking number and according to the carrier the phone was received but I did not hear back from the seller on swappa. I continued with my paypal claim to get my money back and the seller then reimbursed me for the return shipping cost. I wish the seller had checked the device before shipping and communicated more consistently. In the end I did not lose money but my experience was negative because I was worried about getting my money back.

This phone was a scam. He sold me a locked phone that didn’t work with AT&T. Then when I attempted to return it, he provide the wrong address so I couldn’t send it back. Don’t buy from this seller. I have spent hours on the phone with Swappa and PayPal to resolve because he wouldn’t cooperate with me.

The seller did fail to mention there was a replacement screen and battery in the phone which I feel would be good to know. Other then that the phone has been great.
