He has good communication, is flexible, and made sure the item shipped safely and remained in good shape.

As for the laptop itself, it was just as described. I was especially impressed by 2 things: the outstanding battery life and the retail packaging. He keeps even better care of the original box and accessories than even I do (a packrat), which is saying something.

His willingness to transfer over the remaining warranty was a major plus as well.

I would definitely buy from Jared if given another opportunity. Thanks again.
