Do not buy from this seller. Bought a phone listed as factory unlocked but turned out to be carrier unlocked, seller accepted a return, 4 days after phone was delivered he refused to issue refund. Had to open a PayPal dispute and even with delivery proof from USPS with a signature seller didn't wanted to knowledge receipt of phone. Had money tied for more than 20 days and lost 20 dollars for the shipping cost. If you want to avoid trouble don't deal with this seller.

Item was shipped out a few days later than the seller had promised, causing me to have to pay to have the phone shipped internationally. Pre-sale communications were fast and prompt, however post-sale communication dropped off almost completely. When I asked for the tracking number, the wrong number was provided so I was not able to coordinate the package pickup. Despite all this, the phone came in great condition with accessories and the seller even provided receipts for warranty purposes. Overall sale was a smooth process besides the communications and tracking number issues. Thanks!
