Phone worked for 1.5 months then was deactivated by provider due to an outstanding balance rendering the phone useless to me. The seller agreed to take the phone back so I sent it with the Swappa recommended tracking/insurance/etc which cost over $20. I received my refund for the phone but no reimbursement for the $20 in cost to send it back. Obviously the issue was not my fault and I expect to be reinbursed for this. I reached out multiple times over a month and the seller has not yet responded. I'm forced to leave a low review.

Product arrived quickly, faster than I anticipated, at 3 days.
The product listed as "used" in reasonable condition as described, however I was under the impression that it included a new OtterBox protective case. It did not.
It was advertised as being an unlocked phone, but the OEM Verizon splash screen came up. I am using it with StraightTalk, anyhow, which has a nano-sim that's compatible.
Overall, it was still worth the money for my son's replacement phone and I'm more satisfied than any other alternatives.

Phone was in good shape overall. Some echo issues with the earpiece speaker. Cheaper to repair here than send back. Seller offered a 7 day return policy upon receipt and was ready to declare the sale complete within an hour of me picking the phone up from the post office. I left no comment about this though Swappa did. Seller declared "sale complete. thanks" before the 7 day period expired. Kind of annoying,
