Very disappointed with the shipping package (laptop was wrapped in single, thin layer of bubblewrap, with no additional padding around edges to prevent the laptop from shifting around in the box), but thankfully the item still arrived in complete working order, and exactly as described. A great deal!

Only wish was that the seller shipped one day sooner. Ordered on Monday and didn’t ship until Wednesday. This followed swappas policy, but with a average 5 star rating they go above and beyond. Other than that no complaints. Phone is like new and they even provided a case.

Seller provided good information about the delay with shipping and was upfront about the cause. Phone works well and is in good shape. Very happy.

It was a gift, so I am assuming everything is fine. I did open the box, the phone looked good to me.
