Was nervous about the shipping because I needed it by a certain time. Seller told me no worries and shipping was faster than I expected. Phone looks exactly like pictured I am really excited so far so good will be getting it activated tomorrow morning.

The shipping was quick and the phone was perfect. My only complaint is that there was nothing protecting the phone. It was just put in with the accessories and the screen of the phone could have been easily scratched or cracked. Thankfully, it wasn't. I would have liked to see more effort put in the actual packaging.

Really annoying, started off wrong address, them charged twice, now waiting for refund, going to cancel account, thanks for getting me charged overdraft, Think about not charging before you know the address .

Good price, but the battery was dead upon arrival. I had to replace the battery, and the phone worked well after that. Seller is not responsive.

Phone was not "9.5" in terms of quality. Some noticeable scratches on the screen and the lower right hand corner of the screen makes a small "clicking sound" like the screen was recently replaced.

The phone not working the microphone but the seller did all the right things, accepted and took care of the cost to repair. Good seller.
