Charleston did a great job in getting a partial refund to me for damage incurred by FedEx dropping and damaging what was a mint M4 Macbook Air, 24 GB MEM, 512SSD. He kept me informed and gave me multiple opportunities to return the item for a full refund. I chose to keep the laptop which passed diagnostic tests and, although it has a noticeable dent near the hinge, works just fine. Charleston is a seller you can trust.
