Measure of good customer service is not when things go right, but when they go wrong. Ordered Iphone that came on time and in the general state depicted on the website. However, found out when we tried to activate that it was programmed for AT&T, not Verizon. Even though this was a "miss" on my part in the ordering, CRP Mobile staff were sympathetic and helpful, agreeing to allow me to return the phone and receive a full refund. They walked me through the process on the front end and then swiftly and completely refunded the sales price when they received the phone back. I am just sorry that they didn't have a Verizon compatible phone to sell me as I would definitely do business with CRP Mobile again. Big Thumbs Up.

The listing did not state the Iphone 7 was either repaired or refurbished with third party parts. Apple store do not service 3rd party parts. The phone die less than a year and I paid $325 for a mint phone, which had hidden defective parts inside. I have contacted the seller and seller refused to fix.

phone was in excellent condition as described. it was locked to verizon instead of unlocked so seller issued a refund. seller had great communication throughtout the experience. would recommend seller.

the phone is good. this is my 1st transaction on swappa but I will 100% recommend this seller. I think the seller can do even greater business if he can ping a msg on the msgboard like package dispatched to all his customers.
note; charging cable provided with the phone doesnt work. But thats ok with me

CPR Mobile was helpful overall. I made the mistake of not updating my shipping address and they fixed the problem promptly. One minor complaint was the lack of communication overall, but the ends justify the means. Phone was in even better shape than I expected--listed as "Good" but came in essentially "Mint" condition with a charger and cable to boot. At 128 GB and near-mint condition, this felt like a steal.

Without the seller's knowledge, the phone had a hold on it by Verizon. The seller expended a lot of effort to resolve this. They finally had to issue a refund. I will buy from them in the future.
