Neutral rating because the device was not in excellent condition as advertised. Sound would not play through the lighting port to earbuds, and an Apple diagnostic (which failed to complete) revealed that the port was corroded. Found a local shop that would do the repair for $150, but seller only offered $50 because they said they could do it themselves. I did not want to ship the device back to the seller hoping that they could do it when a local shop was quicker and more convenient. I opted to take the $50 (which I quickly received) and thankfully the repair was successful. While I don't believe the seller knowingly sold a defective device, this is a lesson for all sellers to check ALL functions thoroughly. Excellent condition should mean that everything works.

Resolved issues and was amendable.

While the phone received had to be returned to the seller due to a technical problem, the seller was quick to provide a full refund. After I described the symptom, they acknowledged and recognized a flaw in their check-list testing, and vowed to improve their process to avoid a similar situation for other customers in the future. I am giving them 4/5 stars, as I believe my experience was out of the norm, and that the seller had made an honest mistake. They acted in a professional and courteous manner throughout, and Swappa staff were also on hand to provide customer support in helping to facilitate the return and refund.

I bought this phone from DelTech since they are so meticulous on making sure their phones are in perfect working order and also because of their guarantee. I had a problem with Boost website, my Boost store, and Boost phone call all saying that the phone was not eligible to be activated. DelTech worked with me and was ready for me to get a full refund since I couldn't activate it. I did try Boost one more time and was finally able to activate it. I can't tell you how happy I am with DelTech! They have the best customer service. I highly recommend them and will buy from them again. Phone is in great shape. i am happy with the purchase. Only thing, i had to take off the screen protector to fit it into the case i bought. After taking off the protector, i noticed the screen is scratched up and there is a deep scratch in it. i feel like the screen protector was put on there to hide it. Overall i am happy with the purchase though.
