Still waiting for a refund after never receiving the phone. The initial mistake was my son’s for giving me the wrong address. After giving the right address, it was never received. I was promised a refund, I am still waiting. I have not received any further communication.

Do not do business with this seller. Sent me a non functioning phone. I spent hours trying to get it to work and it never did. Refuses to refund shipping charges. I bought another phone and got it working in five minutes.

Fast shipping. The device itself is as advertised. The only little thing was that the seller gave me an apple charger and lightening cable instead of the original samsung ones, so the phone doesn't get charged very fast.

Hey Brett, we received the Note 8 a few days ago and it is truly fabulous! Mint, yes, indeed! My husband loves it. No more BlackBerry for him! He saw my Note 8 and decided to join the Samsung crowd. The only issue I had was that there is a very small imperfection/nick in the paint on the back of the phone, so I wouldn't say that the condition was mint as advertised. But otherwise the phone is awesome and I'm extremely happy. Shipped quickly.
