The phone didn't work on T-Mobile network. It took days to get a response to process the refund even after the phone was received by the seller when it was returned.

I bought an iPhone xr from Hugo, rec. the phone was in excellent condition, unfortunately, it wasn't a T-mobile phone like he assured me it was. I had to return it. He assured me he'd refund me the return shipping. As per Swappa's rules, I opened a dispute with Paypal. I thought it a good idea considering the large amount of money involved. I liked the idea of Swappa, paypal & Hugo to know everything that was happening. Well long story short, Hugo escalated it to a claim, instead of just refunding me as soon as he got back the phone. It took a wk. for Paypal to refund me & of course, Hugo didn't follow through with refunding me the return shipping. Unfortunate, considering the return needed to be done because of his mistake about the phone's carrier.

There is a small mark on the top upper left that wasn't in the pics but it's okay. Overall, the phone is in tip top condition. Shipping was fast, no communication transpired. Seller knows his role and he did it well. Excellent Seller. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great phone.
