The seller did ship the device quickly

This seller was not willing to be perfectly upfront and honest regarding his device. I was seeking a newer model so as not to get one with the screen defects the early models are infamous for, as well as to avoid diminished battery. I received a device which was 7 months old (an early model, which I was explicitly trying to avoid) after being assured it was "2-3 months, I don't remember," and with extreme yellowing on the display (a defect early models of this device are famous for having) after being assured it was flawless and "without anything unlike reported by many users." This was incredibly disappointing as I'd made it clear age and display were of primary concern to me.
