Seller was prompt and honest! The product title stated that the screen was 15 inches when it’s actually about 13 in. He notified me of the error, and asked if I still wanted to go through with the order. I did, and I do not regret it. There was no visible wear and tear, & I honestly can’t really tell it’s a used device. Came packaged in the original box, cords are in perfect condition & he even threw in a protective case for the laptop. It was a gift for my girlfriend and she loves it.
