The positives: Seller shipped the phone quickly. Phone came in very good condition. New accessories were included.
The negatives: Phone was locked to an unknown carrier. Phone was listed as unlocked. Seller provided a shipping label to get the phone back to her. Refund took 4 days to receive. Communication could have been better.

Phone was exactly as described! Seller was very responsive and fast as to when the phone would come and arrive. After recovering the phone she asked if everything was ok and working well. I would definitely recommend her again!

Great seller

Very fast shipping, very fast response, and very kind. Only problem was the seller put good rating when it was definitely "fair" only due to a there being more scratches then "minor wear and tear" and dents indicating it being dropped. The pictures were a little misguiding because you cant see how the exterior looks too clearly. But the 3ds screens were in pretty good shape, all the buttons work without issue and I only paid $90. Not bad.
