I'm really happy with this purchase. I've been wanting to try the flip 5 forever. Great price and great condition of the phone. The only flaw on this phone was a small scratch on the black bezel to the left of the inner camera (which is fine as it was marked under "good condition"). Everything else is perfect and works well. Only suggestion for seller is to maybe add more padding around the phone or wrap it in bubble wrap. The cardboard box it was sent in was smashed and had fairly large holes in the corners. Not the seller's fault!! as it had probably been damaged during delivery, but I had a moment where my heart dropped to the ground thinking the phone fell out of the box or someone had stolen it. Thankfully the phone was safely there. Seller also included some cute goodies <3 thanks for everything!
