Received phone as promised via USPS 2nd day on the 3rd day, lol, yes, that's USPS for you! Seller was VERY Helpful to a "novice" buyer like me, it is always disconcerting to navigate new waters but the buyer and Swappa staff were quick to help me. That translates to good customer service. I was somewhat puzzled that the black phone had white accessories, but set up went smoothly and phone seems to be working well. Will be more excited when I'm sure the battery is mint, no way to know for a few days. I am sure this Seller is conscientious, and desires to promote good sales.
