Item received wasn't 100% accurate as to what was listed. Item was listed as Unlocked and Jet Black for the color. The phone was received locked to AT&T and was the regular matte black iPhone. Luckily I was able to get the phone carrier unlocked and the color of the phone isn't a huge deal to me but someone else could have felt this was a more negative experience.

Phone arrived in great condition just as described and seller was very helpful and prompt. Couldn't be happier.
