Shipping was fast, and description was spot on. Only negative was that everything was in a medium flat rate box with absolutely no padding. Otterbox was completely out of packaging, the Moto X box came out of its sleeve and when opening the phone was still on. Thankfully all is well and everything is as described but please take more care shipping in the future.

Listed phone as mint and stated that the "pictures speak for themselves" when asked if there were blemishes. Phone arrived with dings and small chips and seller refused to admit they were there and blamed it on a case during shipping. Seller would not offer any means of recourse. I can not recommend this seller.
