The seller sent out the original unit and it was stuck at the set up screen. He then called me personally to see if we could troubleshoot the problem together. Once they realized it couldn't be troubleshooted, he paid for the return shipping and then priority shipped out the replacement. They were very patient, understanding and quick to respond. I usually don't trust these types of companies, but these guys are awesome. Would totally buy from them again.

Seller shipped at first opportunity. Arrived here on day expected, but USPS tried to deliver it to wrong address. Address on package was correct; Post Office was at fault. I picked up package at PO the next morning. Phone is perfect, like new condition.
