Phone was exactly as described. I think it took a bit longer to receive than necessary, but it was a holiday. Packaging was fine, I would rate it 5 star but not sure what carrier it came from..it works with att. I was surprised to find it temporarily black listed..I know this happens, but I would have thought it could have been cleared prior to sale.
