Communication from the seller started out great, and the seller stated the phone would be shipped on the day following the sale, but the seller did not drop off the phone at a shipping access point until eight days after the sale. The seller apologized for the delay and stated that a magnetic charger was being included, but it was not received with the phone. The seller didn't put my last name on the shipping label, but at least the street address was correct, so the phone did make it to me via UPS. When I opened the packaging, the iPhone box was not secured inside of the larger shipping box, so it was allowed to slide around during shipping. There was a small rock inside of the iPhone box that luckily did not damage the phone’s screen. When the phone was received, it was filthy with fingerprints and smudges, but once I thoroughly cleaned it, it appeared to be in the "good" condition as originally described by the seller in the listing. I would not purchase from this seller again.
