FYI - putting a sticker that says FRAGILE does nothing. Delivery people still bang up the boxes. The box looked smashed but everything inside looks ok. It's a good thing you bubble wrapped everything. I would suggest putting more padding on the bottom next time you ship.

The computer continues to run well. The device was as advertised. I work in shipping and seriously recommend filling your boxes with something. Crumpled newspaper would work. The box I received had a puncture but the device was safe. When the box is full it gives it strength to make punctures and crushes less damaging. Good job on wrapping the laptop.

The laptop was packaged beautifully. No damage of any kind happened. Even if the box was dropped, inside was a ton of bubble wrap that protected the lap top. It works great and came with everything listed. My daughter is excited to use it for her 1st year in college and hopefully into the coming years too. Thank you.
