Device does not take a charge. I was very pleased upon receipt to see how it was cosmetically excellent. The first thing I noticed was the battery indicator was showing red. I immediately plugged it in to charge on the same cord I use to charge my other iPhone. It showed 14%. Several hours later it still showed 14% so I was worried. I did a restart on the phone and let it charge some more. No change. I did a shutdown and let it charge overnight. It did not charge. Photo attached taken after the overnight charge attempt. I need to hear back from the seller on what can be done.

Very good. A couple of gouges on screen (not little scratches), but I think this is in line with the description. A tempered glass protector was put on it, which did not work well at all, but was easy to remove. They didn't say they were doing this (and it does mask the scratches on the screen, so beware!). Also, shipped with absolutely ZERO paperwork in the box, which isn't a great idea in the case of shipping or box failure. I'd suggest to include a note about the screen protector and to put a printout of the transaction in the box. Otherwise, thank you!
