Shipped late but understood due to other things, however once I received item it was locked code, after getting that from her , it was an iCloud lock. She really didn’t help any at taking it off other than giving me instructions to do it myself or send it back this conversation took awhile of me trying to prove that wasn’t lying about her info being in tablet. However after back and forth for hours I finally did unlock the tablet through iTunes. She did give me a refund of 30 dollars for the inconvenience. It wasn’t so much the inconvenience I had a problem with because I was still trying to keep the tablet. It was the seller herself and the way she proceeded with the information I provided to her. Other than that tablet is great besides for the volume button when it’s in silent it flickers. But again I kept it and will keep it. Just over all not a great experience
