Overall, this was a good experience. Bryan shipped the phone quickly, and it arrived a day early. The screen and body look fantastic. There are no visible scratches/dents. He clearly took great care of the phone. I appreciate the additional skin put in, since I had to peel the first one off to check it out. Everything was in working order (i.e., speakers, camera, bluetooth) except for the battery (working, but not as well as expected), and I had no problem setting it up with Verizon.

I've done several tests of the battery with the usage graphs, and it lasts 2 hours of continuous use. I have gotten it to last 5 hours, but 3 hours of that was idle (so again, 2 hrs per charge). I knew it wouldn't be brand new battery life, but I wasn't expecting it to be that poor. It loses a lot of charge while idle too. I feel the description of the battery could have been a little better. I will say it charges quickly with the charger Bryan sent.

Phone is in great condition as described, came with listed accessories, and shipped extremely fast. I had problems on my end with PayPal (card on file expired, which introduced an eCheck verification waiting period), but Bryan was patient while I remedied the problem. Excellent communication!
