Really surprising how unclean the item was. Mac was as described, as far as specs/condition, but incredibly dirty with actual black grease and dirt all over the outer case and fingerprints covering every inch of the screen, crumbs inside the laptop. It just showed a complete lack of regard to cleanliness, but was unpleasant to receive something of this high cost like this. When we notified the seller, there was no apology or embarrassment, just said - "ok thanks". Good item, but I'd check with others first next time.
