Only issue is a minor completely understandable mistake. There are actually two US996 versions of the V20. The US Cellular version, and the Factory Unlocked version. The US Cellular version does *not* have a bootloader that can be unlocked officially by LG. The Factory Unlocked version, however, does. Unlocking your bootloader means that you can change lower level software, meaning you can even change the version of Android your phone is running.

I'm still very happy with the phone, though I was a bit disappointed at first as I was hoping that this would be the Unlocked version (as was listed on Swappa).

Again, this is a completely understandable mistake. LG couldn't have made it any more confusing. The only way to tell if it's a US Cellular version, or an Unlocked version is to take out the battery and look at the label underneath. If it's US Cellular, it'll say "UCL" somewhere on the bottom right. If it's the Factory Unlocked version, it'll say "USA".
