Knew the phone display was inoperable and listed the phone as “excellent condition.” Fortunately the Apple store replaced the display for free under the iPhone X Display Module Replacement Program because this was apparently a common issue for the iPhone X. The phone was in otherwise good condition and shipped fast but wish the seller had been honest and saved me an afternoon at the Apple store.

I had some hesitation buying a used phone online (ebay horror stories), however this turned out not to be the case. Device arrived exactly as described, now after using the phone for almost 2 weeks I have encountered no issues with usage and everything seems to be fully functional. Just got earlier than expected and is in excellent condition and as described. Very pleased with this provider and will look to use again in future if possible.

I am very disappointed. I received the phone and the camera shakes and it will be about 60 to replace. Didn’t think about contacting the seller until now when it’s too late to complain. Otherwise phone is great, but cannot take pictures at the moment.
