We had a few hiccups along the way, but the seller made everything right and was very prompt in resolving any issues and answering questions. Seller did not have original box that was stated in description, but offered to refund sale if I was or satisfied. The headphones that were supposed to come with the phone were in the box that was misplaced, and seller offered to refund $10 off of purchase price of phone. Would recommend Swappa and seller to anyone looking for a quality used Android device.
