The phone came in great condition. The shipping time was 5 days. Seller didn't include the cable that was mentioned in the description, but he did refund some of the money. Overall pretty satisfied.

June 14 - Sale
June 15 - I asked for a ship date through swappa's site
June 16 - I asked again on swappa for a shipping date. He called & stated an honest mistake was made & my phone was shipped to the wrong person(who was out of town/unable to ship back for 5 days). He offered me a similar phone in poorer condition. I declined & asked for the phone I purchased. He stated he would ship my phone overnight when he got it, & he would include some freebies (like accessories and/or phone case) due to his error.
June 21 - I sent a third message through swappa asking for an update. No response.
June 23 - I found his phone number in my caller ID & requested an update. He called back & said the phone was shipped on 6/21.
June 24 - Ten days after the sale, my phone arrived (shipped priority). In the package, my phone was laying against the cardboard with bubble wrap behind it, not around it. Also included NO freebies but actual TRASH!

The photos in the listing show the box and headphones. In fact it says it includes headphones but none came and all that was in the package was the phone and a USB cable. Phone is in good shape though and it works well. Just disappointed that the photos didn't match what I received.
