We ordered Thursday p.m., was shipped by seller on Monday, but took until Friday for order to arrive... thankfully, we knew it was on the way because the seller provided us a tracking number. Just opened and everything is exactly as described with included accessories... so far it all looks great! Phone was just as described, but I had a very difficult time activating it with Verizon. Initially they told me that it wasn't compatible with their network, but then, after much convincing they relented, and activated it. They never could fully explain why it wouldn't activate at first. It's a great phone and has been working well for a week now.

There was a mess up in the shipping labels and which tracking number to use. Once it was cleared up by Grace, and the phones arrived, I was completely impressed on the condition of the phone. I mention this because they use general photos of one phone due to the amount of volume they advertise that they move. I would DEFINITELY recommend buying from this company!!
