I phone 6s was not in proper working condition. Buyer initially gave me a hard time coming up with a resolution. I don't trust this seller and will never deal with them again. I will not be returning the phone just because i don't trust them and refuse to deal with them ever again. Seller does not stand behind the products they sell...their first reaction was "there is no warranty on the phone". And this is suppose to be a "Mint" condition phone.

I have purchased many used phones without warranties that lasted years but never had one that worked for only 1 MONTH! BUYERS BEWARE!!! I highly suggest buying used phones somewhere else or you will be getting scammed(a broken phone). I will make sure everyone I know and my followers never buy a phone on Swappa. A used phone just doesn't die in a month especially if it's been thoroughly tested before selling- just my opinion!!!!

I received the phone and it had a problem with the LCD. The seller was contacted and sent a return envelope to have the phone fixed. I got back the phone and it is working without an issue. The seller was prompt in answering all of my questions and fixing my phone. I gave four stars because the same phone was offered from the seller at a lower price and included a charger. It's not the fact that I didn't get a charger but the fact of fairness. Aside from that the seller was very helpful and resolved my problem.

Item arrived in worse condition than described. Misleading comments. Seller said phone was in excellent condition and screen is covered in scratches. Not happy
