Sale initially went well, had issue with WiFi on the device that wasn't discovered immediately, but which I believe existed the entire time.
seller was very rude and condescending after that, no help offered.

I'm rating it as a three only because LG came through and repaired the device so eventually my issue was resolved despite the seller.
