Seller is great! I went with Oscar because of the great feedback he had, not knowing I would be asking him to live up to its expectations immediately when I noticed it was shipping to the wrong address. It was fixed immediately with no hassle and no fuss. Phone looks great, just as pictured.

I have received the device but am very disappointed. When I attempt to set up the Touch ID I am brought to a screen that says "FAILED try again" but I have restarted the phone several times and it still is not working. Now my concern is that I was sold this phone without being notified that the Touch ID is broken. Everything else is in great condition but the Touch ID is broken.

It took a long time for the seller to ship this device and when it arrived it was active on another person's account, so I could not activate it on mine. The seller did accept a return and provide a refund, however the device was not in workable condition so I cannot give a perfect rating.

Seller even provided an exchange when the first phone sent had a bad screen, many thanks over and over! 5 stars!!!

I rate it a only 4 stars because there is no option to expedite the shipping any faster than it comes.
Otherwise the phone was perfectly described and easy to fix/swap over to Boost mobile. Dispite being told from the Boost sales guy that I could not use the phone cause it was a sprint phone.....idiot!
