There was 1 issue - the water damage indicator sticker on the phone was missing.

I do not see any indication of water damage but am removing a star as that was not indicated on the sale page (and selling phones with the water indicator sticker removed is actually against Swappa's T.O.S.).

I understand this may have been an accident as this seller seems to sell a high volume of phones and will update this to 5 stars if there are no issues with the phone that arise in the next week.

Even though I had to return the device, the seller worked with me and promptly granted me a full refund.

Update: Took a little while to get everything sorted out, but they were able to remove my google account off the broken phone and send me out another mint condition Note 5. Communication was a little lacking at times, but everything was sorted out and I am happy.

Charger does not work. I had my iPad charging the whole night and I wake up and it's on 40% this morning. But overall the iPad is great. I would still recommend this company. ????????
