Communication, and service was great. Phone issues were not, took two weeks and two phones to end up with no phone, but promptly got a refund. Thanks so much for all the time spent on this transaction, honest seller, bad phone.

Device arrived as advertised and working as it should.

The phone was in very good condition, but I had to send the first device they sent back. I had purchased a Verizon phone, but the phone they sent was not a Verizon device. When I finally received the 2nd device, everything worked fine.

The phone was as advertised, in mint condition. Phone was shipped promptly, and the phone functions flawlessly.

There was bit of a shipping mix up, but the seller e-mailed me a return receipt and got the new phone out within a day.

The actual phone I ordered was in the exact condition listed.

Do not purchase from seller or Swappa warranty.
This cell had severe problems and upon returning the cell for a refund.
The seller, refunded to my email not the PayPal account associated to the purchase.

I still have not received my refund for both the cell and warranty and they have left me responsible in contacting PayPal to inquire when I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THE EMAIL THEY USED.

I have been communicating with them back and forth and I have attempted to keep this going, however, I just found out that they have blocked my communication to post on the site. So now I have no access to them.

No worries. Because I am opening a fraud case with my bank.

Horrible experience. It is not worth the time and I believe seller where totally aware of the problems with this phone.
