Sold us a phone that did not work as described. Phone froze up and needed to be powered on and off to make it work. He should never have sold the phone in that condition. We ultimately returned it. Still have not received our refund and had to escalate the dispute through PayPal. He also did not the return shipping cost. Would not recommend this seller.

Seller shipped the device in a timely manner. It functions well and still recharges on the original battery - which is the most important. I do think it should have been rated Fair (not Good) since it had a dent in the bottom corner (see picture). But the pricing was still a good deal, so I purchased a case for my daughter and all is good. Thanks.
